National Forum on Maintenance 2022

Evaluation of the conference and photo documentation

Dear friends,

After a forced break caused by the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 and a successfully managed, time- and location-shifted conference in 2021 at the Holiday Inn Trnava hotel, the international conference National Forum on Maintenance 2022 took place again on the traditional date at the end of May and at the traditional location in the hotel Patria at Štrbské Pleso.

The mission of the conference is: "To bring up-to-date information of a high professional level and create favourable conditions for the exchange of experience of experts in maintenance from Slovakia and abroad".

The number of participants and the speakers' interest in the event confirmed the value of the verified "NFU" brand. The official list contained 225 participants, of which 180 were domestic and 45 foreign - 43 from the Czech Republic and 2 from Germany 2.

The conference program continued in the usual one-and-a-half-day conference model. The final program included 30 lectures.

The SSU awards were awarded at the conference. The first of them is the SSU "Maintainer of the Year" award. This year it was given Ing. Mário Pečimúth, head of maintenance and engineering at IAC Group (Slovakia) s.r.o. – Lozorno plant. The second is the SSU award for a diploma thesis. This year it was won by Ing. Rasislav Scherk, a graduate of the Industrial Engineering department from the Department of KPI, SjF, University of Žilina, for his work on the topic: "The influence of the quality of planned preventive maintenance performance on the quality of the production process", under the supervision of doc. Miroslav Rakyta.

The participants again evaluated the three lectures they liked the most. This year, only one lecture was not presented even once, which means that the vast majority of lectures caught the attention of at least someone.
